Zabu vs. Tigger Setup
I took this setup shot for the Zabu vs. Tigger photo.
This is a very typical setup for my "faux diptych" shots. Two paper backdrops are hung on foamboard behind the figures, and two more pieces of paper serve as the "floor" beneath them. The entire scene sits on an old black shelf.
The figures are lit from above by the fluorescent lights of the room, diffused by a large circular diffuser. Two battery-powered push-lights in front of them provide additional lighting.
I post-processed the image in iPhoto, mostly color adjustment.
