JD Hancock Photos

Origin

Ever since I acquired this little Fozzie Bear, I have wanted to do the Fozzie Bear/Pac-Man pun.

Setup

The setup for this photo was relatively simple.

The scene is set atop a sheet of acrylic resting on an old black shelf. The backdrop is a piece of black foamcore.

The Pac-Man machine is given a little bit of blue lit from a small LED attached to a clamp overhead.

Above the scene (and not shown) is a large circular diffuser that softens the ambient light in the room.

Alternate

It took me a while to come up with a pose that I liked. This is one of the rejected ones.
