Origin

My daughter requested this photo to use as wallpaper on her phone. The figure belongs to her.

Setup

Dr. Whooves is standing on a clear sheet of acrylic laid across an elevated black shelf. The backdrop is a sheet of black glitter scrapbooking paper.

A colored LED provides the blue backlighting. It is held in place by a hobby tool. A card from a Terminator action figure prevents the light from hitting the figure.

A large circular diffuser (not shown) is above the scene, softening the ambient light in the room.
