Mad Man With A Box

Origin

In the eleventh Doctor’s first episode of Doctor Who entitled “The Eleventh Hour,” his new companion tells him (Matt Smith) that she “started to think that maybe you were just like a mad man with a box.” His reply is the quote above.

Setup

The setup for this photo was pretty straightforward. The TARDIS is a 1 1/2 inch HO scale police box which I suspended with black thread in front of a 12x12 inch sheet of black glitter paper. A push LED mounted inside a clear plastic cup shined a blue light onto the glitter paper to help produce the bokeh.
